KEVOS® partnered with leading engineering consultancy L.E. Otten to deliver advanced 3D modelling and detailed shop documentation for the maintenance and modification of BlueScope Steel's Coke Plant No.6 furnace — a high-stakes industrial environment where precision, safety, and uptime are non-negotiable.

The challenge was clear: execute complex furnace modifications within a live steel manufacturing facility, where any miscalculation could trigger costly delays, safety incidents, or quality issues. Traditional drafting methods alone could not provide the spatial clarity required to coordinate fabrication, installation, and on-site assembly across multiple stakeholders.
