Each build was conceived as a tailored engineering response — purpose-designed to meet the exact operational, hygiene, and throughput standards of the client. The brief called for machinery capable of sustained high-speed performance without compromising on precision, flexibility, or product integrity. Our scope spanned the development of a custom swing hopper depositor for Nature's Product, alongside a series of high-output 35–40 tray-per-minute depositors deployed for Tigerbrands, Pharmavite, Sweetcandy, Santacruz, Church and Vite, and Interpack — each calibrated to accommodate diverse product profiles and manufacturing conditions. KEVOS® approached every build through a consultative, engineering-led process: deep client collaboration, rigorous tolerance design, and adaptive system architecture capable of handling variable product formats. The result is a fleet of machines that combine mechanical precision with operational versatility — engineered to perform reliably at scale, shift after shift.
